“The Connoisseur” — A beautiful illustration (even inventing a plausible Jackson Pollock!) from Norman Rockwell on the cover of a 1962 Saturday Evening Post — is a commentary on the impact and acceptance of the recent modern art movements such as the Abstract expressionism pictured.
Italian artist Riccardo Guasco presents us with this great illustration series of what he calls “The glorious cycling team” along with some great inspirational quotes. Magnifico!
