We all love coffee, right? Ever since I got my first Bialetti Moka Pot as a wedding gift from an italian friend of my wife’s (thanks Ale!), I have been searching for tips on the brewing the “Perfect” coffee with it.
What happens is several of those tips haven’t matched: cold water or hot water? Open lid or closed lid? Pressure or no pressure on the coffee?
